Week 1: Chakras 1+2 (root + sacral)

Week 2: Chakras 3+4 (solar plexus + heart)

Week 4: Crown Chakra

Opportunities for laser coaching will be available in each session too should you desire individual support. This is an intimate offering so no more than 8 people will be in the group.
